How to manage payment methods and invoice history
This guide explains how to access the Stripe Billing Portal to manage your payment methods, view invoices, and update billing information.
Prerequisites
- You must be logged in to your Doubleword account
Navigating to Transaction History
You can access the Transaction History page in two ways:
- From the header - Click your balance amount displayed in the top-right corner of the dashboard
- From your profile menu - Click your profile in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, then select Billing
Accessing the Billing Portal
- On the Transaction History page, locate the + Add to Credit Balance button in the top-right corner
- Click the dropdown arrow next to the button to reveal additional options
- Select Billing Portal from the dropdown menu
What You Can Do in the Billing Portal
The Stripe Billing Portal allows you to:
- Update payment methods - Add, remove, or change credit/debit cards
- Download invoices - Access and download PDF invoices for past payments
- View billing history - See a complete record of your charges
- Update billing information - Change your billing address or contact details
- Manage subscriptions - View or modify any active subscriptions
Notes
- The Billing Portal is hosted securely by Stripe
- After making changes, you'll be redirected back to Doubleword
- Invoice PDFs are available for all completed payments
