How to manage payment methods and invoice history

This guide explains how to access the Stripe Billing Portal to manage your payment methods, view invoices, and update billing information.

Prerequisites

  • You must be logged in to your Doubleword account

You can access the Transaction History page in two ways:

  1. From the header - Click your balance amount displayed in the top-right corner of the dashboard
  2. From your profile menu - Click your profile in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, then select Billing

Accessing the Billing Portal

  1. On the Transaction History page, locate the + Add to Credit Balance button in the top-right corner
  2. Click the dropdown arrow next to the button to reveal additional options
  3. Select Billing Portal from the dropdown menu

What You Can Do in the Billing Portal

The Stripe Billing Portal allows you to:

  • Update payment methods - Add, remove, or change credit/debit cards
  • Download invoices - Access and download PDF invoices for past payments
  • View billing history - See a complete record of your charges
  • Update billing information - Change your billing address or contact details
  • Manage subscriptions - View or modify any active subscriptions

Notes

  • The Billing Portal is hosted securely by Stripe
  • After making changes, you'll be redirected back to Doubleword
  • Invoice PDFs are available for all completed payments
